| The Ladies Auxiliary of Outdoor Resorts @ Gatlinburg is reorganizing in an
effort to define our |
| purpose in
the park. Simply put, our purpose is to improve and enhance the
beauty of our park by |
| financing to
that end. |

For over 25 years many of you have joined our group and participated in
the selection and |
| implementation of these endeavors. We are
grateful! |
|

Other lot owners have donated membership fees, but have not been active.
We are grateful

support! |

Lately our membership has dwindled to between 30-40 members, of which
perhaps 10 are active. |

|

|
|

Our expenditures this year have already been $1,294.39 for pool
furniture. Last year our
largest |
| expense was mulch
for the playground in the amount of $932.88. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
A $10 membership fee from so few lot owners cannot finance these
expensive projects. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
To raise additional money, we sell tee shirts and have an annual Labor
Day yard sale in the |
| ORG Recreation
Hall. |

So we are embarking on a membership drive. It is our goal
to enlist 100 lot owners from our 376 |
| lots each
year. |

spent 100% in the park. |
